Here is how our process works:
Give us a call to schedule a COMPLIMENTARY phone OR in-home visit. Our services are entirely FREE to families as we are fully supported by local senior care providers and communities in the Des Moines area.
We'll meet with you to identify your specific needs, set up a timeline and execute a plan. We will identify the communities or providers who are the best-matched for you. We'll even accompany you on those site visits! You'll get a checklist prior to each visit so you know exactly what to look for and what questions to ask. We'll be with you EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
Think of us as the quarterback of your all-star team! Your guardian angels. Always there with you during the entire process--From in-home care providers to full-service communities (and everything in between!) We'll handle all of the little details so you can focus on a better, healthier, happier YOU!
